Stretch for Artists

Melissa Michelin, Brazilian Physiotherapist prepared a quick special movie to remind what exercises we should practice before start our daily activities.

Deep and good stretching is essential for flexibility. Correct breathing help us to keep good posture or at least, awareness for it.

Start your day, repeating each exercise 10 times. and then:

  • choose a relaxing music

  • meditate

  • draw a mini mandala

  • write a poem

And in 30 minutes, you are ready to go!
