Flowers in Bloom
Imagine yourself immersed in a garden made by white watercolor paper.
That is the experience you have when taking “3D Floral Collage in Watercolors” workshop with Martina Sestakova, art teacher and textile designer, our first guest teacher of 2022!
In this ethereal journey you can color (or not) every flower, leaf and stem by using your brush, a bit of water and watercolor paint.
Cut paper with your hands, build up volumes, bend, fold and give to it shapes that resembles floral design.
Feel free to make various sizes of flowers and place them on top of a blank watercolor paper. Play with it! Experiment! Try in different ways! Use lots of leaves or be minimalist. Yet, give to your composition a good contrast with unexpected background.
It is a very creative, insightful and relaxed experience that you can’t miss it if you have a chance.
