You are invited to join us for a Collage and Poetry Workshop with Liliane Blom - an installation artist, a classically trained painter and an award-winning photographer whose distinct style mixes her love of both media into a new one.

She will guide us through the art of mixed-media based on a poem verse or a line of a song lyrics either selected or written by the participants. Make sure to come with your inspirational piece written.

• No artistic training is nedded

Some of the skills we will get is how to translate feelings into colors, shapes creating mixed-media pieces.

Materials

Materials will be provided except the scissors. Please bring your own scissors.

• Canvas board 8x10

• Hobby knife (X-Acto knife)

• White glue

• Mod Podge Matte Sealer

• Paintbrushes

• Pencil/eraser

• Toothpicks/ shish kebab stick/ popsicle stick or pointed stylus tool

• Plain white paper - for planning purposes

• Magazines/papers/fabric scraps

• Thick paper or index cards

• Scissors
