Flowers and Patterns Workshop

Join us for the kick-off event of our Art Club with the “Flowers and Patterns” workshop! Led by our seasoned instructor, Irene Pantelis.

Bolivian-Uruguayan-American artist who creates work deeply influenced by her multicultural background and her connection with nature.

This time, students will explore the vibrant and expressive world of Brazilian artist Beatriz Milhazes. Using colored pencils, markers, and collage pieces on paper, participants will create abstract or stylized images of flowers inspired by Milhazes’s unique style. 

Materials:

  • Watercolor Pencil

  • Brushes

  • Pencil

  • White watercolor Paper

  • Scisors

The material above will be provided by IDBFA, but you are free to bring your own too.

  • Micropens (bring yours)

  • Markers (bring yours)

  • Apron or an old tshirt (bring yours)
