"Modern Art with Ana Tallone"

Do you want to know how some of the 20th century’s most celebrated artists acquired their status?

Review why the impressionists change the art world and the main stylistic trends that impact our perception of art nowadays.

In the first 45 minutes of the virtual lecture we will study the main artistic masterpieces from the 1880 to 1940 leaving some time for Q and A.

Ana Tallone is originally from Argentina and has a PhD in art history from the Graduate Center in NYC. Her specialization is modern and contemporary art with focus on Latin American art and photography. She has a vast experience on working at MoMA giving public lectures and private tours and also has worked in curatorial departments of El Museu del Barrio, the Americas Society and at the International Center of Photography in NYC. Currently, Ana is adjunct professor at Howard University.
